Latest version will not open just spins then crashes

This version is going to need some work. Crashes the app. Swings dont register. Fix it.

1. FPS - dont know if its a bug or intentional, but swings recorded in this app version have fewer frames per second when reviewing swings in video swing analysis. Major step backwards! 2. UI - user interface not as friendly Note: Had to delete previous app version, then re-install latest app version to get around the crash issues

Updated to the new version of Zepp baseball. It starts to open, then "transfering offline data" is on screen for couple seconds, then crashes!! Its running on iOS 9.3.1. I hope ill not lose the data i have already. If you could get that fixed ASAP, that would be great. Thanks

The new version of the baseball app, ipad version, does not recognize the old sensor. It keeps saying to enable Bluetooth. I installed the new app on my iPhone and it worked fine, no issues.

It crashes every time I try to get on

I had great success with the first app now I have the "Z1" on the new updated app and it wont sync or save device very frustrating when you are trying to use it as a coach.

Had some trouble connecting my sensor but I cracked the code by forgetting and reconnecting the sensor in system Bluetooth Settings. And now, everything seems to work as expected. I truly like the new Smart Coach feature. The drills seem really engrossing and helpful. Highly recommended.

Refuses to recognize Bluetooth. Hardware and software meet specs. Sensor cannot connect. Previous version worked great but now has a constant pop up of "version not supported". Last week before playoffs and have a useless product. At least disable the pop up in the previous version until you figure out what you are doing.

Upgrade to 3.0 at your peril. Older versions worked fine, but 3.0 has big problems. During DL got the "expected status code in (200-299)" error. Previously captured swings no longer display bat plane/bat path data. Some of the pro swings are missing. For example, the label will say back view, but it really is face on view. So you end up with 2 identical videos (both face on even though one is labeled back view). Video scrub bars are difficult to "grab". Very frustrating to use. It seems like zepp rushed this version.

Updated and now cannot open the app. Keeps crashing and giving error messages

Phone updated to the new app and sensor wont connect. Just when the softball season was about to start and we cant use the tool. Everything was great before now. Zepp doesnt answer emails regarding the issue either. If anyone has a way to get the sensor to recognize blue tooth, please help.

I use this for golf and baseball, the new update added a cool new training plan feature that makes the driving range and batting cage more enjoyable

The app/sensor was perfect before the the app was updated. Over the course of the last few months I had spent tons of time hitting getting ready for the season racking up almost 10,000 swings. The Zepp sensor really helped me improve my swing, the app was easy to use, not confusing, and did exactly what I needed to do. After the app updated it was all gone, all of the swings were gone. I was just getting ready to send college scouts my swing information that they had asked for, then they were just gone. The new update is terrible. To start off the sensor takes a long time to connect, next the app is really confusing and feels like Im trying to be sold stuff (just a lot of information that I dont need/want), next I lost all of my previous swings, then most of all the sensor does not read anything right, I went from having 90mph bat speed with a good attack angle to 60mph bat speed and a 90° attack angle due to the update. So basically if the app/sensor is fixed then I can just hit 10,000 more balls, until then I am unable to use the product. 5/5 before the update 1/5 after.

New update has potential but issues Im seeing after a few runs headed into a second season with the senso (BTW, I deleted and re-downloaded to see if that would fix the bugs)r: - "No network connection. Please connect and try again." error message all the time. Was giving me that when I was simply trying to use the sensor at the batting cages and would miss swings because of that. - This error message means you cant watch any videos though I had success when going to a wi-fi connection. Leads to... - I tried the "Get a Training Plan" and took my ten swings. Then I couldnt watch the videos for my plan without wi-fi so I went home. Tried to pull them up there and it tells me to take ten swings again. So at this point, the training plan function is useless if it wont use the data of the last ten swings I used (or the connection issues are fixed). - And yes, Im getting the same crashed app issues Ive read about here. Because of the bugs above my access to the new features are limited. I can still record swings and get data, like the old app. But I have to reserve judgement on the new features for now, and wish it wouldnt crash mid-session right before the season.

What a godsend for the upcoming season!! The new Zepp app and sensor combo has provided more insight into my sons swing than 100s of hours of lessons. Love the smart coaching plans. Watching the improvement take place before my eyes.

My son has really taken a greater interest in learning to improve his hitting skills because of this app along with the sensor. The instructional drills have been really good. I see him gaining confidence as his understanding of the mechanics of the sport has grown.

Used to be great. After the update, "Transfer Offline Data" pops up. Never gets past that screen, then crashes 2 minutes later. Disgraceful shadow of what it used to be. Hate that I cant give it 0 stars.
