This is a great tool to use when trying to see your actual swing and the path taken to the ball. It also serves as a motivational tool to want to work harder to get the results necessary. Would recommend to any and all parents, coaches and players.
I love this app. It has improved my swing greatly. The only suggestion I have is adding the swing of some little league world series players, to See what youre swing should look like at a certain age
This app is great. I love the data it gives you, but the training videos and drills are great too
I have had the app and sensor for a week. I am impressed with the fit and finish of the whole package. The instruction is really professional, and gives you a chance to really improve. One critique is the trouble you have to go through to add your team mates as I dont have a guy to do all the leg work of video and tracking swings. We dont pay well.
Like the product and was happy with company service that I received when had small problem with the mount was and am satisfied with purchase thanks zepp
Barely broken the surface, but great device for "seeing" swing patterns

Some bad moments

The unfriendly user experience of this app makes it perhaps the worst app Ive ever downloaded onto my phone. There is absolutely nothing intuitive to the app and every time I open it I find myself trying to figure out where to go. Record a swing, okay I recorded it. Now what? Theres no "continue" or "view analysis", nothing at all. Okay lets record some swings of my boys hitting. Sorry. the app defaulted to the parent profile and recorded the swings under the parent profile. WTH? Doesnt matter though, you wont be able to figure out where to go to analyze and view the data anyway. It should be as easy as: 1. Open app 2. What player are we working with today? (Select player) 3. Choose what activity to do and then immediately take the user to that screen with instructions on how to do it and where they will then be able to view the information. We shouldnt have to tell you how to make the app. Spend less on player endorsements or whatever youve paid Mike Trout for and more on user focused design and user testing prior to launch.
Upgrade to 3.0 at your peril. Older versions worked fine, but 3.0 has big problems. During DL got the "expected status code in (200-299)" error. Previously captured swings no longer display bat plane/bat path data. Some of the pro swings are missing. For example, the label will say back view, but it really is face on view. So you end up with 2 identical videos (both face on even though one is labeled back view). Video scrub bars are difficult to "grab". Very frustrating to use. It seems like zepp rushed this version.
Overall product is great, this rating is specifically about this version of app. Even with issues below the product works well. Newer versions seem to be getting bugs worked out, but still not nearly as stable and easy to use as version for Zepp 1. This latest release switched the daily swing display from left to right. When you go to delete multiple swings you cant see which swings are being deleted so you have to do it one at time, poor design. Scroll bar and nav buttons dont minimize anymore so its difficult to see feet in video review. Still no option to adjust camera zoom and default is large so camera has to be set up far away from hitter to get full shot, not enough room to do this in typical batting cage. App crashes randomly in video capture mode. Takes multiple tries to get app to sync. No option to import videos for comparison. "expected 200-205, got 504" error keeps recurring. Would be great feature if daily swings could be displayed by different metrics and not just swing speed.
App crashes constantly. Impossible to use the evaluation mode. Sensor turns off randomly, and is a pain to turn back on. Data will not sync. Kiddo is pretty disappointed.
Latest update is corrupted. States transferring offline data then it shuts down. Unable to use app
The app was really great until the April 5, 2016 release, now it just hangs and Im not able to use my Zepp at all
