If you have the 1.0 sensor, you will not enjoy the update. It removes the ability to record a video analysis and watch the 3D swing analysis feature. You have to pick one or the other!! What is the point? That is their biggest selling feature to video analyze with 3D analysis of bat path, and all your stats.

The new app is difficult to navigate and has numerous glitches. Does not track every swing and the swing path is highly inaccurate. Only started happening after switching to the new app. Disappointed

Loved this until the new app came out. Now I cant use with the iPhone 6S. I can connect to my old iPad but thats not bet helpful. Repeatedly asked customer service when this would be fixed, but no answer and no refund for product. Very disappointing.

Title says it all! It is definitely one of my best tools that I use not only for myself, but for my own daughters and my players! Nothing compares to the Zepp!

Rated it a 1 star at first, now with the new update its amazing. Son loves seeing his swing and trying each time to get better.

Working with my two sons on hitting , this product helps trend pushy on understanding what to do with verbal and pictorial insights ... For all ages very helpful, drills , records , improvements

I coach 12U Softball. I believe the currency of being a Coach is teaching fundamentals, sportsmanship and teamwork. The Zepp device and app help me to guide the girls to a better batting game. The Pro videos and swing analytics are awesome and easy to use. I feel confident knowing what I am coaching them is truly fundamental. Thanks

This app and sensor create an amazing tool for improving swing mechanics using analytics. The instant feedback of bat speed at impact allows hitters to correlate the feeling of a good swing with a solid number that is easily understood. My only complaints are; 1. the navigation within the app to get to access all of the great features is not the most intuitive. 2. I would like to be able to change the batters position in the box and the bat used after the swing has been captured then have the swing repositioned and recalculated.

This is a wonderful app. It helps me not just talk to my students what I see happening , but can show them. Such a huge advantage.

Is this version only for Zepp 2? Im unable to connect my original Zepp 1 with this updated version of the app. The Zepp1 Bluetooth connection is established with our iPad, but does not sync with this updated version of the app. When I try use use the older Zepp app, I get prompted to update this to new version, so as of now we are unable to sync our swings to our device.

This is the greatest baseball app Ive ever used, using it to improve my sons hitting from .205 to .360.

Cant open latest updated app. Gear just spins and then crashes and closes.

The new update is not very user friendly at all. Takes a long time to connect, it waste a lot of time when using a pay for time batting cage. The connection is hit and miss at times.

Updated to the latest version, will not open. Like the others said just sits and then closes.
